“We Give, You Take” Promotion Terms and Conditions

The “We Give, You Take” promotion is offered by Vantage Global Limited (VFSC reg. no. 700271) (herein “the Company” or “Vantage”) to the Company’s clients.

PROMOTIONS TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

1. This promotion is open to new and existing Vantage App clients. By participating in this promotion, clients acknowledge that they have read and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and Vantage’s Terms and Conditions.
2. A new clients must open a new live account with Vantage (not a “demo” account). By opening a new account and/or participating in this promotion, the client acknowledges they have read and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and Vantage Global Limited’s Client Agreement.
3. A client will be regarded as an applicant or a close associate of an applicant who has never registered to apply for a live account with Vantage and is accepted by Vantage. Vantage will at its sole discretion determine whether an applicant is a genuine new client by assessing whether the applicant is associated with any other existing account holder with Vantage, including those with previously closed accounts.
4. The “We Take, You Give” promo is a weekly offer, consisting of deposit rebates coupons, trade-loss vouchers, cash vouchers and contract orders. The collection of the weekly offer will commence on every Tuesday at 1200hrs (+3 GMT) of the week. 
5. Clients will have 3 days to collect the offer and each client may only collect the offer once per week. All coupons, vouchers and contract orders issued will expire 7 days after the date of issuance unless otherwise stated. 
6. All coupons, vouchers and contract orders have its respective expiry date and usage requirements. They are non-transferable, non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash in part or full and is valid for a single transaction only. Any unused vouchers will become unavailable upon their expiration.
7. To view the coupons, vouchers, and contract orders collected during the promotion period, client may tap on their in-app “Profile” icon, and access under the “Coupon Management” tab.
8. Deposit Rebates Coupon: 

• The deposit requirements and rebates will be indicated on the coupon and based on the client’s account base currency.
• To use the coupon, clients must select and apply the desired coupon during the depositing process.
• Using “Deposit $200 and save $15” coupon as an example, the cash rebates amount will be applied when the deposit is made successfully. The deposit requirements and rebates amount according to each account currency type are listed in the table below: 

For example, if Client A uses AUD account, the deposit amount will be 200 AUD. The cash rebates amount that the client will be receiving is 15 AUD. 

• If redeeming more than one coupon, clients must meet the withdrawal requirements for each coupon in a sequence where the coupons are been used.
• Only successful deposits made via a valid Visa Card, Mastercard, Sticpay, Bitwallet, PAY2DAY, ZotaPay, Hong Kong Bank Transfer, Vietnam Bank Transfer, India Bank Transfer, Indonesia Bank Transfer, Thailand Bank Transfer, Philippines Bank Transfer and Malaysia Bank Transfer will be counted towards this promotion. The rebates amount will NOT be applied if a client makes his/her initial deposit via other means (BPAY, bank wire, etc.)
• The deposit rebates amount cannot be withdrawn or transferred to another account unless the account it was granted to make a trade in FX, Gold (XAUUSD, XAUAUD), Silver (XAGUSD, XAGAUD) and Crude Oil (CL-OIL, USOUSD, UKOUSD) offered by Vantage. Vantage will deduct the full cash rebates amount from any accounts that have not traded but would like to make a withdrawal. The withdrawal requirement per coupon issued are listed in the table below. 

9. Trade-Loss Vouchers:

• To use the Trade-Loss voucher, clients will have to tap the voucher and select one of the orders from the list that the client wants to rescue. The trading loss of the selected order will be offset according to the value of the Trade-Loss voucher selected.
• The offset trading loss amount of the selected order will be reflected under the “Balance” within 24 hours after the utilisation of the Trade-Loss voucher.
• The unit of the Trade-Loss voucher will be indicated on the voucher and based on the client’s account base currency (e.g., 5 USD, 5 EUR, 35 HKD, 500 JPY) unless otherwise stated. For Hong Kong Dollar (HKD), we are using a multiplier of 7. Whereas for Japanese Yen (JPY), we are using a multiplier of 100.
• Only orders within the previous 30 days can be rescued. Each order can only use one Trade-Loss voucher. Trade-Loss vouchers cannot be used on Swaps and Spreads.

10. Contract Orders – Products & Stocks:

• The value of the contract order will be indicated on the voucher. If the client’s trading account is not based on US Dollars, Vantage will convert the value based on the exchange rate where the bonus is claimed.
• If the client receives a product or stock (CFD), it will appear as an open trade in their respective symbol and it would be a 1:1 leverage position. Stock (CFD) won will follow according to US marketing trading hours at the time the CFD is used.
• The product or stock CFD may be more or less than the value that client received when the trade is closed, depending on the trade performance and price at the given time. 
• To close the “open trade” and redeem the bonus amount, eligible clients must complete at least 1 lot of trading in FX pairs, Gold, Silver, Oil, and/or Bitcoin.
• Once the contract orders have been claimed, it cannot be transferred to another person, or another account held by the same client or be exchanged for other financial services or benefits provided by Vantage.

11.Cash Voucher: 

• The value of the cash voucher will be indicated on the voucher. To use the cash voucher, client will have to fulfill the trading requirement as stated on the voucher. Trading requirement ranges from 0.5 – 5 lots of FX pairs, Gold, Silver, Oil, and/or Bitcoin. 
• Upon completing the necessary trading requirement, client will be able to utilise the cash voucher by selecting their desired trading account. The cash amount will be credited to client’s account within 24 business hours after redeeming. If the client’s account is not denominated in USD, we will convert the credit amount using the following:

• Upon successful transfer of the cash amount to the desired account, clients may withdraw the cash directly without other restrictions, depending on the balance of their trading account.

12.Vantage reserves the right to stop or refuse a client’s participation in the promotion if any of the present rules are breached and/or if there is any suspected abuse of the promotion.

13.Vantage reserves the right to amend or discontinue the offer at its sole discretion without any prior notice.

GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

The following conditions apply to all offers unless explicitly stated otherwise:

1. 1. This offer can be used in conjunction with any other offer.
   2. All Vantage offers are only available in accordance with applicable law.
   3. Vantage offers are not designed to alter or modify an individual’s risk preference or encourage individuals to trade in a manner inconsistent with their trading strategies.
   4. Clients should ensure that they operate their trading account in a manner consistent with their trading comfort level.
   5. New Accounts are subject to approval as per Vantage’s account opening procedure.
   6. Individuals who apply for an account must check their local laws and regulations before applying for an account with Vantage.
   7. Clients under PAMM/ MAMM or money manager, and clients referred by a PAMM/ MAMM or money manager are not eligible to participate in Vantage offers.
   8. Vantage reserves the right to decline any application or indication to participate in any promotion at its sole discretion, without the need to provide any justification or explain the reasons for such a decline.
   9. Vantage at its sole discretion can exclude a client from participating in its offers or promotions if it believes of a suspected fraudulent activity or an action by a client is found to in violation of its Client Agreement or the offer/promotion Terms and Conditions. In case of a breach, Vantage reserves the right to deduct any bonus amounts.
   10. Vantage may at any time make changes to these terms and conditions and will notify you of these changes by posting the modified terms on Vantage website. You are advised to revise these Terms regularly and by your continued use of Vantage website and services that you accept any such modified terms. Vantage reserves the right to modify or cancel any offers at its sole discretion at any time.
   11. Vantage may at any time, at its sole discretion, cease or discontinue any of its promotions.
   12. All Vantage promotions only apply to Vantage standard accounts unless explicitly stated otherwise.
   13. Vantage will not be liable for any loss, costs, expense, or damage which may be suffered in connection with this offer and which by law may not be excluded by these Terms.
   14. If these terms and conditions are translated into a language other than English, then the English version of the terms shall prevail where there is any inconsistency.

   16. Cents accounts are not eligible for all types of promotions and accounts with a leverage of 1000:1 will not be eligible for any credit type promotions.
       

ADDITIONAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

1. 1. If your Account is closed or suspended, Vantage may cancel the bonus in your Account, along with any profits made from this offer.
   2. This offer is limited to one applicant per IP address.
   3. All Vantage promotions only apply to standard accounts unless explicitly stated otherwise.
   4. You must be over 18 years of age to register to apply for an account.
   5. Vantage may amend or discontinue this offer without any prior notice to current or prospective applicants and without having to compensate anyone for that.
   6. If Vantage suspects a client has abused or attempted to abuse this offer to the detriment of Vantage beyond the intention of the offer, then Vantage may deny, cancel, or withdraw the offer to that client, and either temporarily or permanently terminate that client’s access to the online services and suspend or close the client’s account. This may also apply if the client has breached Vantage’s Client Agreement
   7. The applicant acknowledges and agrees that for an account to be established and accepted by Vantage, Vantage is required to perform identification checks in accordance with anti-money laundering and counter-terrorism financing laws and regulations (AML/CTF Laws). Vantage may, in its sole discretion, choose to reject an application if it is not satisfied as to the applicant’s identity or if it suspects on reasonable grounds that by accepting an application, Vantage may breach the AML/CTF Laws.
